I'm on android and all looks OK to me.This must be an android issue because I’m not having any issues on iOS. Have you reported it to BI support?

Mine did that, see earlier. I clicked download only and persisted doing that until eventually it did download. And then I ran the download.5.9.9.88 will not install for me, just closes the window and sits there
I've seen where the update does not close the service properly and the update will hang. Use the task manager and kill the BI process and run the update manually.5.9.9.88 will not install for me, just closes the window and sits there
If first compacting (or repairing) the DB doesn't help, then I would try this... Use the download only option. Close the Blue Iris app, and stop the service. Find the downloaded update file in the install folder. Then double-click the update file.5.9.9.88 will not install for me, just closes the window and sits there
It's before it even downloads the file that the BI ui closes, so not that.I've seen where the update does not close the service properly and the update will hang. Use the task manager and kill the BI process and run the update manually.
Same issue in 5.9.9.88
I found it at C:\ProgramData\Blue Iris\tempIf first compacting (or repairing) the DB doesn't help, then I would try this... Use the download only option. Close the Blue Iris app, and stop the service. Find the downloaded update file in the install folder. Then double-click the update file.

I'm not seeing this in .90 UI3 works fine. The only problem I find is when trying to view clips in the UI3 for a specific camera it shows other cameras as well.
