5.9.9 - January 17, 2025 - More Pre-6.0 feature releases

Same issue in 5.9.9.88

I dug into it some more and it looks like its ignoring the bitrate setting when you have certain other things checked. I made a whole new profile and messed with it, and eventually got the mobile app to "Accept" the bitrate

Seems like a bug to me, I have not yet contacted support, I've been too busy!

If first compacting (or repairing) the DB doesn't help, then I would try this... Use the download only option. Close the Blue Iris app, and stop the service. Find the downloaded update file in the install folder. Then double-click the update file.
I found it at C:\ProgramData\Blue Iris\temp

Note that ProgramData is usually hidden, so you can't browse to it. You need to type it into the path bar.

This must be a problem with your specific install, no such problems here

The only problem I find is when trying to view clips in the UI3 for a specific camera it shows other cameras as well.
