Does Anyone Has A Downgrader tool For My DS-7816NB-K2 Nvr? It Is A Chinese Nvr.

FIRMWARE VERSION: V4.30.097 build 240401. MUST BE DOWNGRADED.
Problems:
1. Not Recording Properly
2. It Stops Recording Or The Recording Status Icon Suddenly Disappeared
3. Hard To Fix The Network Problem
