Hi Andy,
I have the IPC-Color4K-X / DH-IPC-HFW5849T1-ASE-LED. When updating the firmware, I first flashed the general IPC file and then the firmware file. When I try to flash the firmware file it doesn't work and just fails. I've tried updating it through the web app, and also the configtool. Any idea what might be wrong?
