Well with that line of thinking, we could reduce the USCG budget and just blow up any boat we think may be hauling drugs.
Trying to find total USCG interdictions per year but surely it’s in the many hundreds.
And really why stop there? Drug houses and land distribution, hell on I95 alone I’d bet we could save a lot of LE time in traffic stops by just dropping Hellfire’s on suspected northbound Escalades out of Miami.
Will do when prices increase, have not happened here yet...nor on Amazon, nor at big box stores, daughter just bought a huge TV at Walmart $400. No price increase there.
If long term tariffs, sure price will go up, but only $300 more now for a $30k Toyota, hahaha, that is funny.
Oh, and get this, our electricity bill has lowered from last year. I am not making this stuff up, it went down about $50 a month from last summer.
Again, when I see prices go up, I will jump on board. Gold went up for you, tariffs? haha
Something for nothing is never realistic in life. Push some buttons, suffer some, get results and hopefully in the long term you've met your goal. I've never understood the American mentality of instant gratification and playing the short game. The long game is where the rewards are. That's life!

You may have noticed on I-95 they do not interdict with every speeder. They don't put 100 cop cars in a stretch of 20 miles and try to take down all speeders. All they have to have is a few cop cars to make an example of select speeders then you can clearly observe everyone slowing down. Push a few buttons, get a result. I do not lose sleep over those those got tickets or had their vehicles impounded. The all or nothing mentality is not a strategy for success and doesn't have to be. Since 9-11 US Presidents have taken out terrorist with bombs/missile without those terrorist being associated with a specific recognized state.

I always laugh when on a freeway, get a cop car in the mist and Everyone slows down, even slower than the speed limit, haha. Funny how just their presence works still. Same with the Guard, IMO. Sure there will always going to be idiots that will do crime in front of a security guard or law enforcement but in the whole I think the majority will comply.
Now, on the other side. A trigger happy cop is a bad thing. Ohio Kent State campus May 4th 1970 with 4 dead, comes to mind. Or look at J6, what they did to the crowd.
So, I am with @bigredfish on be careful what you wish for, things can and normally does go wrong. All it takes is one incident.
With regard to tariffs, reliance on other countries, national debt and the war on drugs, etc. I'll remind everyone we got into this mess over many years of incompetence, greed, evil and WEAKNESS. Now we have to pay the piper. This is what it looks like when we try to clean up the mess. It's messy business cleaning up the mess. We have to take our lumps and deserve to take our lumps due to our OWN incompetence. Sucks but it is what it is. Want to complain? By all means, go for it but I do ask that you provide some REALISTIC solutions instead of whining if you don't like what you are seeing. It's the whining that got us into this mess. Suck it up, pull up your bootstraps and take it like a man. LOL.
p.s. There is no magic wand....deal with it. (rant over....for now)
p.p.s. I realize that a lot of this is venting and not whining. Please don't take it the wrong way unless you want to.
Federal judges criticized the Supreme Court for overturning lower court rulings against President Donald Trump's administration in emergency decisions.
WASHINGTON — Law enforcement nabbed more than 80 suspects in the nation’s capital Wednesday night as a part of President Trump’s war on crime — with suspected killers, sex offenders and drug distributors among those in custody, a White House official told The Post.
Nothing against pride but he's having all form of non-standard crosswalks replaced. No longer is it a place for political statements or a place to express sentiments.

Effing delusional lower court judges. SCOTUS is not in existence to "have your back". It's to fix your fuckups which by the way you don't offer any reasonable explanation for your libtard decisions. SCOTUS is just saving you the embarrassment of being taken to the wood shed.
Ten of the 12 judges argued the Supreme Court should offer more explanation when overturning such decisions, saying emergency rulings in such cases imply poor work on the part of lower court judges.
"It is inexcusable," one judge said of the Supreme Court. "They don’t have our backs."
