Most of the units are not trained to handle hostage situations, so maybe you are referring to that.

BTW, in this war the IDF mistakenly shot artillery rounds from Israel into Israel and killed a Israeli citizen.
Mistakes happen in war, on both sides.

There are terabytes of video evidence of IDF warcrimes. No nation comes close to it.

You can say there are some rotten apples in every country. But Israel never actually court martials the perpetrators. There is always a excuse. IDF is still investigating and found itself not guilty.

How many journalists have been killed. It's easy to label them as someone else that required their assassination. But the pattern of killing them, killing aid workers, killing medical first responders. Then going to great length to cover up the crimes. Killing UN personal from other nations.

I could go on and on.

The IDF tries to stop the terror attack even in the cost of hitting civilians, so what.

BTW, in 9/11 if the US had known the planes are about to hit the trade center, they would have (rightfully) shoot them down, using a fither jet.
