no I haven't even tried AI yet but I started having problems about three weeks ago right after an update. random cameras would go off line, most of the cameras recorded very little overnight some cameras had no alerts at all
That is wildly bizarre. Easiest way I know of to "accidentally" set a different desktop background image would be right clicking an image file and choosing "Set as desktop background". To reset the background otherwise it would be Windows Settings app > Personalization > Background and nobody does that by accident.
As for the screenshot with NGROK mentioned in it, that is not a full frame screenshot so we don't really understand the point.
