I found my camera required QN-L23PA0904 directory, and in app.cfg i put only 2 lines:
onvif=yes
rtsp_enable=yes

and it exposes onvif and rtsp

i have looking into the firmware of my camera and it looks the config file should be stored in an hidden folder inside sdcard with the name ".appcfg" and the filename with the settings should be : app_key.cfg inside that folder , my cameras brand are from qianniao and their firmware is : V31603.1.122.20240530 , manufacturer is : QN-15.24052717
