Regarding the unrefrigerated eggs....I've been informed that they are most likely unwashed there which is OK, within limits....eggs here in the U.S. that are sold in stores are washed which requires them to be refrigerated.
Fresh Farm Eggs are by far the best you can get...We love them here. You can let them sit out on the counter for a month, the wife told me, which we don't, we eat alot of eggs. Wash them when you use them, no not refrigerate them. You can definitely tell the difference from whitewashed pasteurized eggs. The Yokes are brighter/richer in color, this is one of the big noticeable differences, also less runny, meaning it seems like more water in store bought eggs, Fresh Farm Eggs seem to be more like Jell-O in staying together, is the only way I can describe it, meaning the white is less runny.

Once you go Farm Fresh it is hard to go back...

Oh and plus out here they have all kinda of different chickens/hens. When they sale eggs here they pride themselves in telling you what kind of bird they are from. We have not been able to tell the difference yet.

How stupid people can be...

Back when I had the Hikvision DB1 Doorbell the PIR was often pushed by mistake and over time resulted in a broken plastic dome for many DB1 owners.

That Crunch sound is the PIR plastic dome cover she pushed before pushing the right Button.

iirc, technically it is POST WWII history ..

note - actually probably a lot of influence from Italy ..

Italian migration to Argentina was the largest in the country's history, with 3.5 million Italians arriving between the 1850s and 1950s, making Argentina the country with the second-largest Italian diaspora globally after Brazil.
