Speaking of cars on blocks, been hearing many HOAs are not allowing people to work on their cars in their own driveway. I seemed to remember a neighbor coming to me and told me ours was or was going to, while I was changing the brakes on our car. My working on our vehicles is usually maintenance, so done in a day. Our driveway was spotless, that is no oil on it.
Was pissed one time when the garage repair guys parked in our driveway and when they drove off left oil spots...I quickly grabbed the kitty liter which works well...
Unless its in the covenants it shouldnt be a problem IMHO. What do the covenants say?
That said, if you have a junker in your drive torn apart for months with parts strewn all over the yard, thats a problem.
Our covenants said it was fine just so it wasn't visibly in pieces overnight and had wheels on it
