They have a airforce that is able to level buildings that ground troops have to move in.
Their MIC outproduces all of Nato combined.
They have shit ton of SAM systems, so much that they are using them as ground attack, just to deplete Ukraine air defenses or to give away their position.
They produce more drones and have direct access to China for drone parts, China produces 90% of the parts for drones worldwide.
Russia still produces more tanks than what Ukraine has. Newer build tanks come with factory installed cage armor and other bolt on armor and active defenses. Ukraine commander says those new tanks need around 30 to 40 FPV Drones to disable them. Which is still cheaper than a cost of tank but Ukraine is running out of drone operators that they now have female operators, a video of air strike on female drone operators launching and retrieving a drone on front line was shown.
Russia has a higher kill ratio. Budnov himself said Ukraine needs 30k people a month to be conscripted to maintain the current level.
Russia can at any point cripple Ukraine further since they have the advantage in escalation matrix.

I think its important to pay attention not just to the shooting wars currently in Ukraine/Russia and the Middle East,
The Muslim takeover of England and the Fascist Dictator takeover attempt here in the US have the potential of becoming flash points in the coming months.
Things are going much faster now
You can blame the Muslims all you want, but the British government is the one facilitating this.

I have checked. Fact of the matter is Russian losses early on was huge because they where playing with kids gloves.
Aircraft losses where a lot because they where using gravity bombs and rockets worked well in Syria against Isis but not against a SAMs.
Most of thr aircraft losses where the older SU24 and SU25. Since late 2023 they have been using JDAM style bombs on a modern Su34 equivalent to F15E and at stand off distances. The only losses they had in 2024 to 2025 was by SAM ambush, where Ukraine baited them. Even that has dropped now because Russia has taken out 90% of the Soviet era SAMs and multiple Patriot systems.
As far as kill ratio the body exchange rate doesn't lie. The fact is Ukraine losses 1000 soldiers a day this was said before by Zelensky in 2023 or 2024 and now confirmed by Budnov this month.
Also Russia is still producing more jets than losses since 2024. Prior to 2024 the main type of aircraft used where SU25 where it just fires dumb rockets hoping it falls on some enemy assets. They are slow and where easy targets to Manpads.
Their main 4th gen fighter jets for land attack Su34 and Su30 where waiting for standoff weapons to be developed. While the SU35 was used to shoot down the few remaining Ukraine Mig29, Su24, Su27 and recent F16 jets.
Now they have no such limitations. Even their Su57 was seen in Egypt now carrying a low cost low observable cruise missile in it's internal weapons bay and Ukraine has confirmed the use of it in battlefield.
On tanks and other Armored vehicles. Again initial losses where high because they where going into a town filled with Anti tank weapons staring down the windows. Russia has been sending damaged tanks back for refurbishment and new tanks are still being made.
Where as Ukraine armor including donated western tanks have either been destroyed or are not being used. Ukraine no longer as the capability or steel industry to make new tanks or ever repair older soviet tanks. 90% of the donated M1 Abrams have been destroyed. With tanks getting destroyed on the very first day near the front lines, they are no longer used by Ukraine.
Russia may be low on Diesel but how do you think Ukraine is fairing which relies on EU and France already has a 10% shortage of Diesel.
