The hyperbole of some on the left unfortunately results in a certain percentage of the susceptible population succumbing to TDS. This is similar to how some people end up in cults that initially seem to include benevolent like minded members. However, this ends up overtaking reasonable and logical behavior of otherwise rational people.

Minnesota businesses not liking the unrest

On local Twin Cities radio this morning a representative of an unnamed business said the liberal upheaval in the state is causing some businesses to rethink expansion in Minnesota. The individual, who did not want to be identified, said businesses and industry are seeing job recruitment as more challenging due to sanctuary city policies and unruly protests. Red states are more attractive.

Patel: Funders of Minneapolis Protests Identified by FBI

FBI Director Kash Patel said Monday the bureau has identified people and groups who are funding leftist protests aimed at Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in Minnesota.

During an appearance on conservative commentator Benny Johnson's podcast, Patel confirmed that the FBI's investigation into the unrest is active and expanding.

"We've got … investigations ongoing into the funding of this," Patel told Johnson, stressing that the protests are "not happening organically" and that investigators have made "substantial progress" in uncovering groups and individuals financially backing them.

Patel also asserted that federal authorities are examining encrypted left-wing chats connected to protest organizers in Minnesota — warning those involved that they "should be worried" if they have violated federal statutes.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has told Europe it should “keep on dreaming” if it thinks it can defend itself without the support of the United States.

“If anyone thinks here again that the European Union, or Europe as a whole, can defend itself without the US, keep on dreaming. You can’t. We can’t. We need each other,” Rutte said during an address to the European Parliament in Brussels on Monday.

The NATO chief warned European nations they would need to increase defense spending to 10% if they “really want to do it alone,” adding they would need to build up their own nuclear capability, costing billions of euros.

“In that scenario, you will lose the ultimate guarantor of our freedom, which is the US nuclear umbrella. So hey, good luck,” he said.


Note, one of the big reasons why the USA put so much effort into Vietnam was to prove to it's Nato allies that the USA were committed to it's allies. During that time France told the other NATO members that you can not trust the USA, so you better build your own nukes. ( Thus why France has Nukes, they did not trust the USA )

I am expecting Poland to get nukes, Germany also .. perhaps Italy ..
