US Elections (& Politics) :)

Hilarious!

Fox was told to not show any negativity towards dear leader, so they edited the soundtrack.

Dozens of videos of people actually there tell a different story

Faux News

LOL they were standing for the National Anthem
Every paid right wing shill is on X trying to show clips from 30 min earlier when he entered with practically nobody in the stadium because they all had to wait outside for him to go in first.

And I could go on..,.
Yup, a lot of repost of those with TDS but no original content just to give the impression that the opinions of the few reflect majority views.

The US Open brew ha ha was nothing more than dumbass New Yorkers who are ready to vote in a typical elitist hypocritical communist and displaying their full TDS after getting miffed at the disasterous security precautions that caused them great inconvenience. Other than that it's a nothing burger and anyone who can't see that just has rage overloading their common sense.

It happened no matter how hard you try to explain it away

Reposted for those who missed it

There’s a powerful psychological phenomenon at play that goes beyond simple political alignment. For many members of the MAGA movement, their loyalty to Donald Trump isn’t just about supporting a politician; it's about belonging to a community and a shared identity. When a person's sense of self-worth becomes deeply intertwined with a group and its leader, they will protect that connection at almost any cost. Facts that contradict the leader or the group's beliefs are not just intellectual disagreements; they are personal attacks that threaten their entire worldview. To accept a different reality would mean admitting that their core beliefs are wrong, which for many is a far more painful prospect than dismissing inconvenient truths.

This dynamic creates a feedback loop where loyalty reinforces itself. When a follower defends the leader against criticism, they are not only protecting the leader but also their own commitment to the cause. Every time they rationalize a controversial statement or dismiss a documented falsehood, they are doubling down on their allegiance. This process, often called "escalation of commitment," makes it progressively harder to pull away. It's much easier to stay in the group and believe the external world is hostile and deceptive than to face the cognitive dissonance of realizing you may have been wrong. The media, political opponents, and even basic institutions are framed as "enemies," which only strengthens the group's internal cohesion and a sense of shared persecution.

Last but most importantly, this loyalty-over-logic approach is less about policy and more about emotion. It's a response to a perceived threat to a way of life, a feeling of being forgotten or left behind. The leader becomes a symbol of strength and defiance, someone who "says what we're all thinking" and fights back against a system that has, in their view, failed them. In this environment, rational debate and fact-checking are seen as the tools of the enemy, designed to undermine their faith. The connection to the leader is personal and visceral, a bond forged in shared grievances and a common enemy. It’s a powerful emotional engine that can drive a movement forward, even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Me:
This obviously happens on both the Blue and Red teams.

Not at all.

I'm neither Republican nor Democrat. I'm registered NPA and don;t care for tennis.

I'm fiscally conservative and socially conservative.

I am able to use the brain cells God gave me and I don't believe everything I'm told by the Orange Jesus.

I voted for him 3X. But I've realized he's a narcissistic Con man and a grifter. He's also protecting someone and/or himself in the Epstein cover up

Barak Ravid: The new U.S. proposal to Hamas includes the release of all 48 remaining hostages in exchange for a ceasefire and the end of the Israeli operation to occupy Gaza City, according to a senior Israeli official familiar with the details

  • In addition, Israel will release 2500-3000 Palestinian prisoners and detainees held in its prisons, including hundreds serving life sentences for killing Israelis
  • According to the proposal, once the ceasefire is declared, negotiations would immediately begin on the conditions for ending the war — including Israel's demands for Hamas' disarmament and Hamas' demand for a final and complete withdrawal of the IDF from the Gaza Strip, the Israeli official said
  • The proposal emphasized that if Hamas responds positively to the initiative, Trump would actively work to end the war, and the ceasefire would continue as long as negotiations on the terms for the war's end are ongoing
  • The Israeli official said the proposal to Hamas included a message that if the organization does not accept the initiative, the alternative would be very bad: a large-scale Israeli operation in Gaza

475 people detained in raid by ICE, other agencies at Hyundai site in Georgia

In a large-scale immigration enforcement raid at a huge Hyundai facility in Georgia on Thursday, 475 immigrants suspected of living and working in the U.S. illegally were detained, federal authorities announced.

Steven Schrank, the special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Georgia and Alabama, told reporters Friday that the majority of those detained were Korean nationals, but he didn't know exactly how many. They worked for a variety of different companies at the site, including subcontractors, he said.

South Korea's Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said Saturday that more than 300 South Koreans were among the 475 people detained.

No criminal charges were announced during Friday's news conference. The sweep was conducted as part of a month-long investigation into allegations of unlawful employment practices and other federal crimes, Schrank said. He described Thursday's raid as the largest enforcement operation at a single site in the history of Homeland Security Investigations, which is a unit of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

We need to find out who enabled this. If it was Hyundai officials secretly smuggling in illegals then we need to dole out the punishments. And honestly, it's hard for me to imagine that some Koreans crossed the Mexican boarder and just happened that all get employed at a Korean factory. It's not like they were rounded up picking avocados in Kalifornia. No accountability just means the circus continues.
