Honestly, Ukraine gave up their nukes for security guarantees. This is what security guarantees should have looked like on day 1.
( had the USA provided good security guarantees prior to the invasion they could have stopped Putin .. but well .. incompetence or corruption )
 

90 - 95% of all the fighting is about the money. Take away any debate that ultimately involves someone else's money and you've resolved 90 - 95% of the problems.

New York state's Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac offices will permanently close in direct response to Attorney General Letitia James' "corrupt and dangerous business practices" in the state, Fox News Digital learned Thursday.

"We are shutting down the two New York offices for Fannie and Freddie as a result of Letitia James' corrupt and dangerous business practices in the state," a source close to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA), which oversees government-sponsored enterprises, told Fox News Digital.

A public announcement on the closures is set for later Thursday, Fox News Digital learned.

President Donald Trump has labeled drug cartels operating in the Caribbean as “unlawful combatants” and said the U.S. is engaged in an “armed conflict,” multiple outlets reported Thursday, following recent strikes targeting alleged drug smuggling boats in the region.

The Trump administration said in a confidential notice the U.S. was engaged in an “non-international armed conflict” against the drug cartels, the Associated Press and New York Times reported, citing a person familiar with the matter and a copy of the notice, respectively.
