The official "WTF" thread

At the very end of that video it states that they dropped the assault on the cop as part of a plea deal. She ended up having to pay $11,500 in restitution and the rest is probation. She will never pay that restitution. You know it and I know it and the judge knows it. She got off scott-free for the suffering she gave that policeman. The judge needs to be bear sprayed to see what the cop went through.
I totally agree. Same thing happened here as the "catch and release" being done. I'll stop right here instead of saying WHY I think that's being done.

I am impressed, us pilots train for this...

wtf

Thank God that Moe, Larry and Curly showed up to help @ 2:07....Larry and Curly are making sure the tailgate on that F-150 doesn't fly up without warning and Moe is supervising....:highfive:

EDIT: Hey maybe Moe is conducting an on-site "tailgate safety meeting", as we used to call 'em!

NO! I hope there is strict accountability of the teachers and administrators that allowed this!

A six-alarm fire destroyed a 1.2-million-square-foot Kimberly-Clark distribution center in Ontario, California, on April 7, 2026. The facility, which was leased by Kimberly-Clark and operated by third-party logistics partner NFI Industries, suffered a total loss including a roof collapse, though no injuries were reported among the 20 employees safely evacuated.

Chamel Abdulkarim, a 29-year-old NFI employee, was arrested and charged with arson after authorities identified him as the suspect behind the blaze. Video evidence reportedly shows Abdulkarim intentionally igniting the paper products and making comments about pay, leading to his detention without bail on multiple felony charges.

Kimberly-Clark confirmed that no manufacturing assets were impacted and that the building was not occupied by any Kimberly-Clark staff at the time. The company has activated response teams to secure additional warehousing capacity and is using insurance coverage to address the costs of the fire and business interruptions, with a full update expected in their April 28 quarterly report.

I lived in CA for 29 years and they were crazy strict about requirements of commercial buildings to have sprinkler systems. I cannot imagine a company making and/or storing huge quantity of paper products having a fire get that intense without a sprinkler system activate due to the fire. Maybe it was defective or it was sabotaged.

Even the lint and dust from manufacturing paper products, especially recycled paper, is highly flammable, like the dust of lumber and grain.

The warehouse should have had a sprinkler system .. suspect too many ignition points to allow the system to reduce the fire in time.

Notice some workers interviewed thought originally that the fire would have started from one of the warehouse robots ( EV battery ) .. and then found out it was the suspect.

Curious to see how fire suppression systems advance from this .. active smart IR / Heat sensors ? Active fire hose turret in ceiling ?

This is discrimination against her. Her co-workers set her up and her manager lied. This woman, if smart, should walk away from this debt free and money in the bank.
