At the very end of that video it states that they dropped the assault on the cop as part of a plea deal. She ended up having to pay $11,500 in restitution and the rest is probation. She will never pay that restitution. You know it and I know it and the judge knows it. She got off scott-free for the suffering she gave that policeman. The judge needs to be bear sprayed to see what the cop went through.

I totally agree. Same thing happened here as the "catch and release" being done. I'll stop right here instead of saying WHY I think that's being done.
