I’m having an issue with my PTZ4K45X-AI:

It lost picture back on 11/22, and I’m just getting around to taking it down and checking it out. I have it connected to another switch with another cable to eliminate the switch and cable being the issue.
When I connect it, it will go through the turn-on cycle with the lights, etc, but then nothing… just a white image on the Live view and on the Camera>Image view accessing it via the IP address.
It does respond to the PTZ Control to pan and tilt, but again, only a white image.
Any ideas?
