Server issues?

Sadly the forum "layout/structure" works really well for consolidating questions and responses and reddit and FB and other platforms just get bogged down with thread after thread that could be answered/responded to in previous threads, but their layout is such that it would be impossible to follow a similar structure.

Without a forum structure, sadly I will move on to other hobbies and adventures because the few times I have tried to watch/follow stuff on reddit, it is just a dumpster fire in lack of organization.

You're right about the Reddit stuff - its a place for whiners and losers that don't seem to have a grasp on reality; lots of misinformation especially
The forum structure is the old school proven method - in fact many academic institutions still use forums to monitor productive and healthy discussions

Facebook (aka Meta Instagram) is even worse - you might even encounter a chick or two that happens to strip away every last of your civil rights :lmao: its where f**K buddies are born
The Discord is full of goons that seem to sit behind their computer all day long sipping the Kool Aid

Discord, Facebook, and Reddit are more prone to bots, scams, fakery, and a lot more.

Therefore, it is crucial this forum is kept alive whether it involves moving to a different host or building your own self-hosted server.

I was paying $10 p/mo but cancelled it the last time we went through this

Are there even any other admins or moderators to reach out to on here?
 
Forget Discord, Reddit, etc., I've been taking care of this website for 12 years and plan on doing it forever. I'm working on the server issues (which I can't replicate on my end for some reason)! Stick with me, I have professionals looking at it now!

Turn off ALL of your Ad calls, beacons, and such for 24 hours... bet you see a 30%+ impact. Its over the top

FYI iOS iPhone guys

I’m not sure why my iPhone quit blocking ads in thus site but I did just install Ghostery and it seems to be working well. I’ve used it on desktop for years

Nope, could not paste an image into the reply.
So I saved it as a PNG file and reduced the size to 60% of the original.
Can't use the Insert Image / picture icon to insert the file, either.
It's a 416 KB image file.

I will continue to pay my 10 bucks a month as I really believe that this is one of the best forums out there in regards f0 security camera s and that alone makes it a threat to the communists
