If these issues become persistent in the long term, it might be time to abandon ship and perhaps carry further discussion on publicly-hosted platforms like Reddit and/or Discord
 
Last I saw, the admin had been MIA for going on two weeks …

It's been on/off every day now for several weeks for me. I don't like spending 10 minutes to make a 15 second post and may start limiting my visits. I find myself getting too upset which is actually dumb now that I think about it.

This forum is supposed to enlightening and enjoyable, not annoying and frustrating. :headbang:

@Mike, I tried a DM but it, like much of this forum, that would not work, so here it is:

Please cancel my IPCT+ Gold membership for $8 per month, I'm tired of it taking 10 minutes to make a 10 second post. It's not a value any more, I don't care about the ads as I won't be coming here any more anyway. It's a shame too after 12 years it's because of the crappy server response, too many errors popups.

It would seem it's fixable but despite all the reports and complaints to you little has changed.

:( Its not easy in this day and age. Even the servers are exhausted. Even Congress is exhausted. Where does society go from here? People spend majority of their time on the World Wide Web disconnected from the physical realms and reality of a struggling society.

Depending on how you pay monthly, you can manage the auto-payment settings in your PayPal account (if that is what you use for making monthly payment) or go into your ipcamtalk account settings and that should give you the option to make the necessary changes.
 
Question: why can't this forum be self / independently hosted? Why does it depend on Cloudflare? The internet is a modern platform, and there should plenty of bandwidth or accommodate an independently-managed server now.
 
Blame AI, cloud-hosting companies are likely focused more now on AI versus the integrity of their "regular" servers
The server ran out of RAM
Somewhere Cloudflare depends largely on OpenAI models to manage efficiency and workflow speaking
Or there is simply malware within the forum and hackers are seeking $$$$$ - who knows :lmao:
Someone should get a cyber security analyst to see what's really brewing within this forum

Found the problem and solution, the forum is on the lowest tier - its a monthly bandwidth problem; time to jump ship; visit this forum once a month; then it will survive :rofl:

what browsers are you using? when I have problems wit this site on chrome I switch to duckduckgo and it not only works but s way quicker

I used duckduckgo and brave, and I get the same issue - they all are built on Chromium, maybe you are the lucky one :p VIP access
