No Live View on PC

I can't access live view on PC. I can view on my phone no problems. I've tried the original IE. It keeps on coming up saying to install a plug in. I've done that and it still gives me the same message.

Any ideas?

Try delete the old plug in and close the browser and reinstall plug in again to see if it fix the problem.

If the browser you are trying to use is MS Edge then... Was it working before, like last week, and then stopped working recently?

I ask becasue mine stopped working after a recent MS Edge update and I had to load the latest "Web Plugin Components":

It stopped working for me on Edge and Chrome this week.
