It came with the speaker. There are several pre-loaded audio clips you can play back or you can upload your own.

I was hoping it may have been a download from somewhere. I've been looking everywhere on the web trying to find it.
That makes sense now.

Sure. It's in BI -> Camera Settings -> Alert Tab -> On alert. Once an alert is confirmed with AI, it sends a HTTP request to the link in the speaker that plays the audio file:
