Help! Need full version of BI 5 - BI 6 causing SERIOUS issues

Ever since I upgraded to BI 6, one of my cameras freezes up after a few hours with a "frame bottleneck" error. I originally thought it was the camera, even though it was always accessible in Hikvision IVMS. Even so, I changed out the camera with a backup, and it still has the issue. I have to kill the BI service and restart it to get the camera back up, but then it goes down again in a few hours. The log even shows that it is still working, but it can't be viewed anyway, not even the console. On the General tab of the camera settings, it says "frame bottleneck" right above the Main Stream stats. This is my main front view camera which is viewed remotely constantly by 4 devices either through Android App or UI3. Note that I NEVER had an issue with BI 5 with this setup. I've tried 3 different versions of BI 6, and nothing fixes the issue. So, I want to downgrade back to the last stable version of BI 5, prior to ANY BI 6 changes.

Does anyone have a full version of BI 5 so I can start over from scratch? I have the update for v59973, but not the full version of BI 5. I've already emailed Ken about the issue, so hopefully it will be resolved in BI 6 soon.

This is show stopper for me.

Thanks for any assistance.

Have you tried deleting the problem cam, then re-adding it to Blue Iris from scratch?
@looney2ns He has asked about the same camera problem in another thread already
I think all he is wanting in this thread is a full install of BI5

I was able to get version 5 full version from BI Support. I uninstalled and reinstalled, so we'll see how it goes.

Here's the last stable version of BI 5:

I still don't have an answer to why my issue is occurring in BI 6. The issue happens when I'm viewing one camera remotely on several devices simultaneously. After several hours, the video will freeze. When I go to the camera settings, general tab, the message "frame bottleneck" appears right above the stream stats. When I go to the Log/Cameras tab, everything seems normal. The camera appears online with FPS and stream stats updating correctly. The only way to get the video back is to stop/restart the service. I've even removed the camera, replaced with a different camera on a different IP address, and the issue keeps occurring. I've since downgraded to the last stable full release of BI 5 and we'll see how it goes.

I've sent another email to BI Support since they did not address my issue. And yes, I am paying for annual support, which I will reconsider if I am stuck on BI 5.
