Notice that it says:

"Operating a device with revoked certification could become illegal", making the IPCT membership list an easy starting point for the SWAT raids.

It is a bargaining tactic from Trump. The 100% tariffs are because China is playing games with their rare earth elements and our industry uses lots of it. You will notice that Trump has been encouraging and helping the rare earth production in this country. We shall see what happens. One such place is the Mountain Pass mine in California right off of I-15 and close to the Nevada border.
