Dahua ITC431-RW1F-IRL8 can't upgrade Last Firmware

Hi everone,
I'm have one ANPR camera Dahua ITC431-RW1F-IRL8, the camera have running older Firmware and I have Download last Firmware at dahuasecurity page but can't upgrade for my camera. I have try using do like to see the camera cpu and what the page show. Does anyone have problem like me?1769187996314.png
 
Who did you purchase this ANPR camera from?
Upgrading an OEM Dahua device with a firmware bin file starting with 'DH-' won't work as intended. An OEM device should be updated with firmware starting 'General-' . E.g. General-ITC_v5.0002R{YYYYYMMDD}.

Hi, this camera I have buy From Dahua DSS North Vietnam, they don't have provide me the newest Firmware like Version 5 to upgrade so I decided to asking everyone to help me about that Problems
