Why have they got a upside down image, of a mans private parts, to the left of the X?

I just tried to open website and got the same message that my IP was blocked as well. But without the Arjun special penis drawing on the side.
I test again with VPN IP from different country and open the Dahua Chinese website and it works just fine. So, maybe they only block US IP users.

I tried connecting from different countries like Hong Kong using Surfshark VPN and get the same notification from Cloudflare. (but no penis pic)

That wasn't a p3nis picture, it was likely a J-hook or Sherlock Holme's smoke pipe when I cross referenced it with Google Lens

China and Hong Kong relations are bad, no coincidence threreI just test again with different countries IP now. The VPN IP from area like Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Bahamas, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kenya, Cambodia etc works.
But U.S, Canada, Japan, Brazil IP are blocked. I'm very surprised with Hong Kong IP block.
