website and got the same message that my IP was blocked as well. But without the Arjun special penis drawing on the side.

I test again with VPN IP from different country and open the Dahua Chinese website and it works just fine. So, maybe they only block US IP users.

I tried connecting from different countries like Hong Kong using Surfshark VPN and get the same notification from Cloudflare. (but no penis pic)
