Or factory reset the camera to get it back to the default address and then see it with what you already set the computer to (192.168.1.100)

How do I factory reset the camera?

Camera default IP may no longer be sitting at 192.168.1.108.
try a fucktory reset like Wittaj says

There should be a reset button on the camera - usually near where the SD card goes, so you need to take a plate off.

Ok. For tonight simple solution is to get another camera that has never been out of the box.

Plugged it in and I typed in the address 192.168.1.108 in the browser and a device initialization page came up! Looks like I am to set a password.

I loaded the plug in and I see a live stream through the camera!!! I changed the last digits of the ip address from 108 to 32. So now I go into BI and try to add it?
