Is this another one of those warped stats where they're comparing averages? If they take total income divided by # of persons, people like Musk, Bezos, and all of the grossly overpaid corporate execs might make people with no actual income at all look like they're doing pretty well. Is this how they came up with the claim? No telling because they don't say a thing about what the data is or how it was calculated. Just as believable as a camera that gives a great color image with no light.
