No idea but I do know that is not a general release firmware. That is a custom customer specific firmware which are generally not recommended unless Dahua tech support specifically tells you to install it. DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.8.R.241030 is the most current version for general public use that I know of. Any that start with "customer" are custom and specific for a particular customer.
but on generic firmware RTSP can be disabled...
here you will find firmware fixed, which enables RTSP:

i still have custom in camera. So again, the camera video i see on nvr not on app.
yes... it's fix, not firmware..
so you should upgrade to any normal firmware you selected.. and then, if you have missing RTSP method you can FIX that firmware using this file...
this fix don't change firmware version or date.. simply enable RTSP...
I think DMSS might be looking for an IPv4 address rather than RSTP? I'm not a network engineer.
I have the following from 2019 and it works perfectly but am getting an update failed via USB stick? Perhaps that is too old or version 1? I did purchase it from you via amazon.

Caution. I installed DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.8.R.241030 on my NVR5208-8P-4KS2E and it won't allow partial zoom in or out with the IPC-HDW2231R-ZS vari-zoom cameras using web access (all browsers), but does allow zoom using SmartPSS. Not sure how it affects other vari-zoom or PTZ cameras.

The cameras are new: Dahua Eco Series IPC-T1E40-A-0280B, 4MP, 2.8mm, IR 30m, microphone, IP67, PoE
The problem is it does not record on movement.
I can be an user error, but it does not detect movement...

Got to Storage and make sure you have the Recording Schedule set for each camera and each day for Motion
Also check the Recording Mode and make sure Main stream is set to record for each camera
Old fashioned MD will give you a lot of false alerts. Its 10+ year old technology
Recommend you read up on and use IVS and turn MD/SMD off
