change HD/no HD in DMSS on this channel (primary/secondary stream)..

if this will not help, try different encoding settings on camera (h264, CBR, 2048kbit)...

No idea but I do know that is not a general release firmware. That is a custom customer specific firmware which are generally not recommended unless Dahua tech support specifically tells you to install it. DH_NVR5XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.002.0000000.8.R.241030 is the most current version for general public use that I know of. Any that start with "customer" are custom and specific for a particular customer.

but on generic firmware RTSP can be disabled...

here you will find firmware fixed, which enables RTSP:

tnx for the link but the wont flash. It says it is flashed, rebooted but the version is tne same. tryed with baseline

and

i still have custom in camera. So again, the camera video i see on nvr not on app.

yes... it's fix, not firmware..

so you should upgrade to any normal firmware you selected.. and then, if you have missing RTSP method you can FIX that firmware using this file...

this fix don't change firmware version or date.. simply enable RTSP...
