Can Hikvision video intercom record on motion?
While im not sure for this model as its really analogue on steroids. Pure IP based can record videos. I checked the firmware release notes and i havent seenn any video recording. Only possible if there is main station. But i presume thats being recorded to main station not door station. -

If you receive by listener mode, it seems your HA does not respond 200OK to an event in timely manner and you might get duplicate due to ANR option. Or you are processing additional events which are not Motion/intrussion/line crossing and parse them as motion -
