Hi, i have some questions. .

• I have a partner Pro account, in which i have added 240 sites, each site had devices added in it. From there i have shared it to users. Could this affect the speed of the playback live view etc ? because it seems like i get more and more problems by end user side, with playback - timeout etc.
• When adding an NVR ( NXI model ) and making it teams, you will not get filter with person - vehicle etc . is there a solution for this ?
• I have my hikconnect app set as regio Germany. I want to share device with someone else, who has set a different region, but this seems not possible due the difference of the region ? any workaround for this ? I mean why shouldnt it be possible ..

No, it does not effect speed.

Yes its not possible, hikvision does not allow maintaining in other countries, per their fair play policy.

If you are an authorized installer, you could ask your distributer to contact hikvision to make exception if you maintain a company which is multi national.
