    I will wait to see the diagram, fine artistry is not required, I am curious why you have two subnets, if the cameras are on different subnets and you are using the routers to route the traffic to the other subnet, I would suspect this is part of the problem, hopefully this can be sorted out for you.

    If you have a valid maintenance agreement, then the upgrade to BI6 is free, if your support agreement is lapsed then you do not get the upgrade for free, you would only have to purchase a new support agreement to get BI6 for free!

    Did you confirm that Task Manager showed the CPU load increase? There is a fudge factor to adjust BI's CPU indicator, I am pretty sure that that code has been modified recently so prior setting may now be incorrect! I am not seeing any CPU increase on my three systems running 5.9.9.99 (2025-12-01)

    Glad you were able to roil back, Version 6 is still in Beta as it's version # is still 5.9.9.99, I am running it on three systems with no issues so far!
