Dahua WizColor 5x59-PRO and SmartLight 5x59-IL new series

While the upload date may show 2026, I'm pretty sure the latest firmware is 12/17/2025 ... which should be "V3.146.0000000.5.T, Build Date: 2025-12-17"

Speaking of which, any mention @EMPIRETECANDY of another update coming?

Yeah thats the last one I'm aware of

These are also interesting.

I wrote about this last week on second thread..

still no better sensors?

From 7459-IL Spec Sheet:
Advanced image processing technologies: Time-Division Exposure, Ghost-free WDR,
WDR: 150db

Reading spec sheet, I'm 99% sure that those 7459 cams are using NEW GENERATION of OmniVision OS04J10 (previous OS04A10 was used in 5442-S3/7442-X)..

TimeDivision Exposure and very high WDR were always a thing of 4 Mpx OmniVision sensor which supported triple flash per video frame (90 fps in full resolution at sensor level).

Ghost-free WDR means that new 4Mpx sensor supports DUAL-ISO (aka Clear HDR), which is in spec sheet of new OS04J10 OmniVision sensor... Each pixel have two analog amplifiers, one with low and one with high gain (ISO) and sensor take two pictures (low/high gain/ISO) at the same time.

ps. Andy prices for those 7x59-IL cams are very high (600USD territory)..

600 seems extremely high for an Andy cam that isnt a high end ptz
