Pulling my weight
Last week I finally took my Pro outside for the first time. I just set it on top of a ladder for some testing. My target area has no ambient lighting, other than natural light or from passing cars, so I use a 10w IR, and it is about fifty feet to the road. It didn't take long for me to decide that the camera at full zoom is not up to the task of freezing passing traffic and I didn't bother to further refine the settings. I figured, better to wait for the next FW. I left the camera in place anyway.
I just learned that I had forgotten to change the IVS setting and it has been recording passing vehicles and taking snapshots, and then generating cropped images of them. Credit where credit is due; my camera is definitely trying to impress me!

edit: My first time converting and uploading a file that would be accepted was way trickier and time consuming than expected. I'm done. Sorry for not trimming it a bit.
