On the stand alone board, I just plugged it in via USB C and it worked. For the relay board, I jumped IO0 to GND. I had to use a USB to TTL adapter for this one. I have another relay board that should be here in the next couple hours. I will see if this one behaves any differently when I try... -

I thought the purpose of the fallback hotspot was to connect if it was somewhere it could not connect to the primary network? So it should be displayed if it's not connected.
