    I don't think you would need to clone it unless you're wanting to sort your IVS triggers into certain BI camera rules that can't be done within the settings for one camera.

    You would put the LPR cam in a group by itself. On the Trigger page of the Spotter cam, you will check Trigger Camera Groups and then select the group made above.     It's all in my post. The IVS rules when parked on the left are set to 36. When it's called to the rules on the right, it's 60. The mini was 32-34.

    Do you have an SD card in the camera? If not, I would recommend it. It's a good way to review footage with the IVS rules overlaid on top.

    You will want to check your focus settings when it is in Day and again when it is switched to Night. The IR filter can slightly change the focus when it drops into place, so an adjustment of a few points might be needed.

    After you apply the first rule, you’re fine. It’s just the initial rule that messes up your settings. I’ve found it’s good practice to throw a random rule on, to get it out of the way, before I start messing with the other settings.

    Do make sure to take note of your Day/Night exposure settings prior to assigning an IVS rule. For some reason when you set a rule it will change your exposure to shutter priority and you will lose your custom/manual settings.
