    That was what I was thinking. (and I dd have it enabled yesterday just to see, and it alerted ok during the day...but missed all alerts at night (car driving up driveway). Not sure I had it set up right, but still, as Wittaj said, "If it ain't broke..." So IVS it is.

    I'm wondering how the new built in AI in V6 might function with the IVS rules in (dahua's newish) cameras. The IVS (animal version) rules work great to trigger when needed, and I have (almost) no false triggers. So what would I expect the new built in AI to do? Just another confirming layer...

    When you are quoting BI's CPU usage, are you looking at the actual usage in , say, Task manager, or at the CPU percentage reported by BI at the bottom of the timeline? That number, for me , is higher than the number windows reports, I think because it includes all windows usage. So BI says about...

    anyone seeing only one or two colors for different cameras on timeline? UI3 looks normal, but 12/1 v6 update doesn't show the separate camera colors for me now. ui3: console:

    If you mean the clips list, yes, CTL + scroll the mouse will change the size of the thumbnails.. Ken changed it, but the info hasn't made it to the help file (yet) I think. I also asked about making the clips list less wide, but that's a wish list item.

    Latest note in BI "news and updates" says " End of the line for version5, do a new full install for version 6" does that require an uninstall of v5 and having to re enter all settings manually now? (the version on BI.com shows as 5.9..9.99)

    Whats the catch with Annke?

    I have the Annke FDC600, a fairly cheap 180 degree cam, and it works great as an overview camera... triggers well, Onvif, all that. All my other cams are Dahua (EmpireTech), but at the time Dahua didn't have a 180 that also had IR, which I wanted.

    he is pointing to BI Main Settings, web server tab, advanced, Configure (for streaming 0 in Encoder Profiles), Profile (under "advanced part). Mine are all "Main"

    how to fix "click here to download plugin" that doesnt work

    I'm seeing same error when trying to load a bookmarked page for a camera, but if I put the exact same IP address into the address bar, it does load fine. The addresses are identical!

    To answer my own question (or Ken did:)... CTL-Click the thumbs and scroll mouse wheel to change size.

    I'm seeing UI3 just fine on my desktop and on my android phone (local and remote with ZeroTier)... also mobile app on the android.
