Failed, HTTP code -2147483637, check API key IN Blue Iris

Can you provide some context of what you are doing that causes this error, is this an error in BI or the Android or Apple App, some hints would be helpful!

BI 5.9.98x64 Sorry for the slow response time. I am searching all over the web for answers to this but all the different terminology referring to similar parts is frustrating.

Did this happen after an update to BI?

I had a Sunba once and a BI upgrade rendered it useless. Fortunately I had exported out the BI camera setting prior to the update and was able to import that camera setting in to get it working again.

If this isn't a result of an update, then delete the camera in BI and re-add as the BI camera setting likely corrupted.

if the suggestion from @wittaj does not work for you! I believe that 5.9.9.98 may have some issues, not sure if this might be one of them! You could try reverting to an earlier version to see if it fixes the problem!

I' ve messed with the settings so much I am just about to scrap the camera. It doesn't respond to input a lot of the time because live feed stalls ,slows down or goes offline every few seconds. Then it will run fine for a few minutes . I have also noticed it act the similar with Sunba I follow program and Guarding vision live video feed. I am wondering If I have a broke wire in the gimbal because I can see the camera from my computer a when i trigger the PTZ movement and the camera reacts instantly. But the video stalls and get all wonky on the monitor. and BI app on my cell phone acts the same with the Sunba. The real kick is when I use the Guarding vision app on the cell phone the video and PTZ control are smooth as butter. that make no since at all.

I am not sure how far i would have to go back. I've been having this problem about 9 months now. I was hoping updating to this version would fix it . I had a lighting strike came in on the Xfinity cable fried the motherboard and modem and a couple switches and 3 cameras but not the Sunba. I thought I lucked out, I guess not.

Well I am not sure what else to suggest! This goes beyond my current knowledge and experience, still on a life long learning mission!

I am kind of lost . which way or where to go with error ( Failed, HTTP code -2147483637, check API key IN Blue Iris )
Look under Blueiris/settings/location then look at what you have under "The weather" the source box is about the only API key input I can think of. If you don't use the weather function, then select "none"

Found another red triangle in BI status Line reads ( 1944 1/7/2026 5:28 PM DIO COM 3:2 ) And the mystery continues
Look here and see what you have selected. Again, if you don't use DIO then uncheck the box.
