Version 6

Yes. Mine went from 35% to 95%..Went back to 5 until this gets cleaned up. should have known better.
mine ran about 10 %age points higher for about 20 minutes, but that could have been my automated backups running concurrently with new version.
Right now, its in a range of 8% to 16%.

Did you confirm that Task Manager showed the CPU load increase? There is a fudge factor to adjust BI's CPU indicator, I am pretty sure that that code has been modified recently so prior setting may now be incorrect!
I am not seeing any CPU increase on my three systems running 5.9.9.99 (2025-12-01)

I'm not really seeing any CPU % differences. My system stays around 10 - 15% all the time.

There is a difference. Here's a graph of the last 30 days and you can see exactly when the BI6 beta was installed.

Here is one of my BI VMs in Proxmox. Normal V5 CPU usage is around 6.5% on this particular VM. Installed V6 on it at the large CPU usage spike (17%). Running V6, it appears there is a 2% increase in CPU usage on average going to that version from the previous V.5 version. So I was wrong. I went from 6.5% average CPU utilization to 8.5% CPU utilization.

My plan is up for renewal as of yesterday. It tells me to see setting but offers no way of renewing. I also never received a renewal email. How do we renew our maintenance plan?

Same here. Mine is fluctuating between 6%-9%. Everything is running smooth as silk.

Thank you. Now if only there was a place to put the new renewal key.. Renew button in settings is greyed out.
That is weird, what version of Blue Iris is that in? The button has never been disabled for me that I've noticed.
