But is it more honest and/or accurate? Similar to how we call prisons correctional institutions?

Pretty sure this is not Nazi Germany, who enlisted their Thugs into the SS to police the streets. Cleaning up streets and enforcing laws, something the Democracks ignore, I am all for no matter who does it, Guard, Military, U.S. citizens, etc. Continuous/permanent policing I against too of Guard/Military. Only reason they are needed at this point is because of the failure of the Democrack ran cities. We will never see the Guard in our neck of the woods.

Back in the old West, the town folk would come together with the Sheriff and clean their streets.
