Later, on the walk downhill, the same dog is off leash again.

Dumbass owner (female?) of the off-leash dog took 20 seconds to even appear in the picture and then she was like on a stroll instead of running all the way ....you could tell the owner of the leashed dog was VERY stressed.

The dog gets smacked for acting like a dog? Shouldn't its human get smacked for acting like an inconsiderate ass? That's no toy dog off-leash. What could go wrong?
I love how 20 minutes later the dog is back off leash while owner is on their phone. Nice touch adding that to the video lol.

In the UK that's prison right there if it bites the other person.
In the US, that's a dead dog if it's coming at me off-leash with that aggression as seen towards the woman with her dog. I am far more likely to have to use my concealed carry to stop an attacking dog than a person.
What an asshole! Then hitting the dog. You could tell that dog gets hit a lot as it cowered when the owner started to raise their hand.

Someday you may read about that dog killing its owner.
This lady below--- her two Pits killed her on a public walking trail, and then ATE HER. Police had to shoot the dogs off her body to find her chest cavity emptied.

ALSO--- I got a key detail wrong. They purposely did NOT shoot the dogs, which were captured alive. That was reported in this story from an area news outlet:

I will add more zoom tonight from the camera to see if I can get a better close-up. That dog seems to be walked early every day.
Well, another example of "you can't fix stupid" I'm sure she don't pick up after dog as well.

She can't vape and hold leash cuz her head is buried in her phone. An electric vehicle may take her out someday.
