Dumbass owner of the off-leash dog took 20 seconds to even appear in the picture and then he was like on a stroll instead of running all the way ....you could tell the owner of the leashed dog was VERY stressed.

The dog gets smacked for acting like a dog? Shouldn't its human get smacked for acting like an inconsiderate ass? That's no toy dog off-leash. What could go wrong?
I love how 20 minutes later the dog is back off leash while owner is on their phone. Nice touch adding that to the video lol.
