Hello. I bought one of these ip POE onvif cameras from Aliexpress. I appears not to work. It has a 12v socket and an ethernet socket. There is an led on the ethernet socket labelled LAN. I would expect that to light up when connected to an ethernet port on my router but alas , no. . I've tried several ethernet cables but to no avail. I've an H.VIEW Chinese cctv system which was tricky to setup so I'm no stranger to badly translated sparse manuals but this has me stumped. It seems to be a faulty unit. Does anyone have any experience of these that they could share?

Всем Доброго времени суток. Мне на ремонт принесли видеорегистратор с такой проблемой. "перестал записывать архив". Попробовал подключить к сети 220в. на самом устройстве стоит 240(внутри находится импульсный блок питания 200-240В). По идее должно было работать, но кроме работы вентилятора больше свидетельств о работе регистратора не наблюдается. правда ли проблема в питании? помогите пожалуйста разобраться. Заранее спасибо.

Hey Alastair, I've been trying to get the config file for you, but running into some challenges. I'm working with a hikvision DC-2CD1021G0-1. Software version 5.8.1. Build 231116. First question, do I need to downgrade to pull the config file. Using the digicap.dav files from previous posts doesn't seem to run in the TFTP folder. Next question, I also can't extract the config file using the link in previous posts, and the browser redirects me to search. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Trying to extract some personal files from my NVR and getting desperate. THANK YOU!!
