I’m working with a Hikvision DS-2CD3T20D-I5 (2MP bullet camera) that I need to recover. Unfortunately, I can’t find the firmware on Hikvision’s official support pages (both the current and legacy sites don’t list this model).


From what I’ve read here, it looks like firmware version V5.3.1_150401 was commonly used on this camera. I’m trying to locate a trusted copy of the corresponding digicap.dav file so I can attempt a TFTP recovery.

• Model: DS-2CD3T20D-I5
• Current status: Locked out, reset options failed (no physical reset button).
• Goal: Flash via TFTP to restore defaults and regain access.

If anyone here has a safe download link or can share the proper firmware file for this model (or confirm which platform family it belongs to, e.g. R0), I’d greatly appreciate it.

hi everyone, i got a IP Camera (DH-IPC-EB5500N) i had to reset it to factory settings(it was working)but now i can´t log in into the camera no matter what via (configtool, web browser) i can see it at the configtool with (192.168.1.108) but any time that a try to connect it says "Connections Failed"

Hello Guy, I have replaced my 4ch NVR with an older one but 8Ch, NVR4208-4ks2, on the TV or laptop, all seems perfect, but when it comes to the DMSS, only first 2 channels are able to stream, the other shows nothing other than the refresh flash, as shown in the attached photo, please if anyone can help "thank you

@ Mkiarie, re zosi camera -- If it isn't expensive, buy another and carefully disassemble the connection, making notes and photos. Put no 1 back together the same as no 2. Then you'll have 2 working cameras. You always need more cameras.

I have a zosi camera whose female connector got damaged by water.
I found it has the following colors.

Blue/white, black, blue, brown, green/white, green, purple, grey.

How can I map them to standard TIA 568B Connector
