I have 4 of these cameras and recently loaded Blue Iris. All cameras have been found, but the resolution is very low. I know they are 720p cameras. How do I get them to display and record in full resolution?

That is because you are pulling the substream....try setting the camera number to 1.

How to add camera to BI that is not in the drop down list

Can you log directly into the camera?
There should be a video settings page, I would check it

yes buy you are using the incorrect stream..you are viewing the substream...see my link above
