You gotta see this Mini 4MP Auto-Tracking PTZ

Can I buy a replacement dome (or any other parts) for this camera from you or if I eventually have a problem not covered by warranty is replacing the entire camera the only option?

We typically dont have many replacement parts for cams. We may have spare mounting hardware, but actual camera parts are hard to come by.

That PTZ has a 3 year warranty and i havent really seen many fail from the countless amount that we've sold over the last year.
But if anything does happen, definitely reach out to us and we'll help you out for sure.

I appreciate the super-fast response, and the reassurance that you'd be there to help if needed. :)

I do hate that so many things become e-waste due to parts being unavailable eventually, though I understand why it is the way it is. When buying more expensive (and complex) cameras, it's nice to have some peace of mind. The three year warranty is a big plus, and so is a vendor that looks out for their customers!

I totally understand that. I've seen many products last much longer than their warranty period for sure.
Nonetheless, if it does stop working after the warranty, it should be no problem for us to hook you up with a good replacement.

This is a review of the camera, that has links also in it, to the camera. Unfortunately, only the link at the very bottom actually gets you to the camera where you can order one. Yikes, at $769 I'll pass, thanks anyway.
 
I'm looking for the big specialist. I've tried almost everything.
Anybody know where i can set the time between stop auto tracking and back to start position?
Its 5 seconds here now and i like it maybe 30 seconds.
Please help me...
