I am guessing the mic goes into one of the usb slots, otherwise, won't it be super muffled?

I thinking it'll fit behind the slot for for the AC neutral (the wider blade), it appears both USB slots are filled with IR LED's.

Oh man, we have a cleaning crew every other week and they would force a cord into that for a vacuum cleaner in an instant!

Yes, someone may plug an smart phone to the usb for charging. Those ports now include the ir diodes (repositioned, same included in the V3). I normally plug the outlet cam while staying a couple of days out of town. Wyze is not the best if considering the 5 minutes cool down period. But within a closed environment, like my living room, receiving a notification could means trouble. The mic/spk are the ones included with the camera

You know they have an RTSP beta now? If you run BI or some other VMS you can forget their cloud and record as you want. Or with an SD card too.

thanks Mike A, I included a 32GB SD card. Mostly intrested in receiving a notification if motion is detected. As mentioned, I only plugged when I know no one is home
