Will I brick my Hikvision system?

This is my PTZ camera and NVR details. PTZ on top NVR below.


All my other cameras are DS-2CD2132 V5.1.0 build 131202

If I upgrade my NVR and cameras will it brick them?

The only Chinese camera I have is the PTZ, so i was thinking of leaving that one alone.

I bought my other cameras off ebay a long time ago they are English but not sure if grey imports.

It all depends on whether they are China region products.
Check out the serial numbers with SADP.

These are the PTZ and NVR

Other cameras are DS-2CD2132-I20140801CCCH474823552 they all vary in the numbers after "I20140"

Ali the cameras with CCCH in the serial number are China region devices.
They will be bricked if updated with the stock EN/ML firmware.
You could use the brickfixv2 method to convert and update them, see the link below.

Is there any benefit for just upgrading my NVR?

Sorry, I don't really know anything about bugfixes and functionality for the firmware on that NVR.
