Who's idea was this? The new RJ45 Twist

I will gladly stay with the traditional connector—this looks fragile and complicated by comparison! Indeed, the cable tester failed to show functionality in leads 7-8 in his demonstration, and it's hard to compare time because the video was all cut and sped up. I can do hundreds of these in a row with the traditional plugs, perfect the first time. I am so confident in my work that I crimp the ends, plug them into the camera, close up the connector, mount the camera, tighten it down, and only power them all up after I'm done installing. I've only ever had to redo one of mine, and that was over a decade ago (I've had to redo quite a few Ethernet ends put on by other installers, however; it's shocking how sloppy some of them are, wires hanging out of the connector by a quarter-inch to several inches).
