What's a good indoor PTZ Puppy Camera with RTSP for BI?

We have a new member to the family and would like to get a PTZ camera to help keep an eye on her. I've used an Amcrest/Foscam PTZ and a Wyze cam in the past but not sure if there is something inexpensive that works with BI.

It doesn't have to be the best.. Just something reasonable priced with sound and RTSP stream.

I use this for dog sitting, just plug it in when I need it and works great with BI...catch em on sale for 35-40 bucks at times.
